Terms & Conditions

Booking & Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm in-person sessions. Bank transfer is preferred although other payment options are available upon request.

Changes to bookings

Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being forfeited.

Any rescheduled session must take place within 2 weeks of the original bookiate, and only one change of date is permitted.

In the rare event that I need to cancel a confirmed booking and no suitable alternative date can be arranged, a full refund will be provided.

Expectations

Be polite, respectful, and punctual.

Arrive clean and well presented.

Session elements must be agreed in advance.

Non-Compliance

Failure to meet expectations may result in the session being cancelled or ended early without refund.

Online / Remote sessions must be fully paid for in advance.
